Change, change, change, I needed to change my actions,
What good were they when my students didn't get fractions!
So I shifted, I twisted, I had a fresh start,
But change was as slow as a shaky bullock cart

It was a test of my character, my patience,
But I had faith my class will reach excellence,
The goal was clear and always in our mind,
As we inched closer to it leaving the past behind

Expectations were on a high, the bar was also set,
At all costs, the goal just had to be met,
All actions were aligned and goal was now in clear sight,
Courage and grit ran high as we gave status quo a tough fight,
All in all, change was good, it was bright and made everything right!

As soon as I stepped into my classroom in the morning, I was surrounded by my kiddos. Two of them had a surprise for me which they were hiding behind them. They slowly produced a beautifully handcrafted smiley band and said, "Bhaiya you are so good, we especially made this wrist band for you" I was naturally delighted to see such a beautiful thing in the morning. Then Jinal even tied it around my wrist like a Rakhi and it was the happiest moment of the day for me. Such small moments of joy really keep me going and striving for more in whatever I do for my kids. Today was also my observation when my Program Manager came in my classroom to observe my pedagogy and teaching methodology so that he can help me improve my skills as a teacher by giving me a good feedback. I taught Writing to my kids during the observation hour. I hope my lesson went well and that I will receive a positive feedback from him. :)

 A Mysterious Step Well in the heart of Delhi The black well is said to hypnotize the viewer and attracts the person towards itself. Many have died but their deaths were termed either "Accidents" or "Suicides"- nobody knows. Even the Rickshaw driver warned me that there are spirits or ghosts roaming around in this grim place. Surprisingly, there were no pigeons or dogs or cows that are usual inhabitants in any "Touristy" place. To make me more circumspect, there was no ticket counter as if the tourism department itself knew something was creepy about this place. I also felt the cold as I descended into the well and my heartbeat quickened as I approached the black well.
